  • ¼ tsp beef or chicken stock powder

  • ½ cup grated cheese

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • Handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped

  • 2 eggs

Method

Preheat the oven to 180C

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Add 1 cup water and mix until the you get a soft dough.  Tip out onto a lightly floured bench top. Bring the dough together and lightly knead.

Roll out the dough between two pieces baking paper until the dough is about 1 cm thick.

Using a round cutter, cut the dough through so you get rounds.

Place onto a lined baking tray. Using your finger press 4 indents round the biscuit and place 1 thumb indent below so you get a paw print.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden and crisp.

Cool completely and store in airtight container.
