FROZEN YOGHURT ICE-BLOCKS FOR THE CHILDREN


Makes 12 ice-blocks

500g natural yoghurt
500g fruit – any type (I used bananas and raspberries)
Ice-block moulds

Method
First layer; Blitz 250g of fruit in a food processor with 8 Tablespoons of yoghurt (if your fruit is a little tart add a spoon of honey) until combined. Pour into your moulds and freeze for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before adding next layer.

Second layer; repeat as you have done above and pour on top of the first layer and freeze until set.

You don’t have to do layers if you don’t want to and you can use frozen berries if desired!
